To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, arriving at your door at the peak of flavor.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, to suit your brewing method.

We source our beans through ethical, direct-trade partnerships with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring fair wages for farmers and premium quality for you.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
