At HumbleBean Coffee, we strive for the perfect roast in every cup; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only offer replacements or refunds for damaged goods or shipping errors within 14 days of purchase.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to initiate your claim.
- 2.Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our freshness and safety return standards.
- 3.Package Your Return
If requested, place the unopened or defective product back in its original shipping box using the prepaid label provided by our support team.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement bag immediately.
